Stephen Mallozzi To Compete for AM Racing at Martinsville Speedway

STATESVILLE, N.C.: Officials from AM Racing confirmed today that NASCAR CRAFTSMAN Truck Series rookie Stephen Mallozzi will be making his short track debut for AM Racing in Friday night’s Long John Silver’s 200 at Martinsville (Va.) Speedway.

Mallozzi, a New Jersey native, has one prior Truck Series start at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course last season, finishing 22nd in an entry fielded by Reaume Brothers Racing.

After securing an asphalt karting championship, Mallozzi turned his attention to Stock Cars. He was a member in the inaugural class of the Reaume Brothers Racing driver development program competing in various Late Models events across the Southeast including Hickory (N.C.) Motor Speedway, Florence (S.C.) Motor Speedway and Dillon Motor Speedway.

“I’m so stoked to race for AM Racing this Friday night at Martinsville,” said Mallozzi. “Chase Briscoe was in the truck for the organization last weekend and he delivered the team a solid finish.

“I am hoping to continue that momentum on Friday night by completing all of the laps and bringing the team and my partners home a competitive finish.”

Stacking Dennys will serve as the primary marketing partner for Mallozzi and AM Racing Friday night. Additionally, Win the Race will serve as a major associate marketing partner for Mallozzi’s second career Truck Series event.

The two connections were made through Mallozzi’s endeavor as a sports gambling analyst.

Stacking Dennys is a NASCAR betting podcast hosted by The Action Network’s Nick Giffen and Rotoballer’s Jordan McAbee. Win the Race is a site run by analyst Ryan Stevens, who provides subscribers with every bit of race data required to be a successful racing bettor.

L’uva Bella Wines, the Kingsway Regional School District’s STEM Racing program and AM Technical Solutions are among some of the additional partners for the 200-lap battle.
