Brett Moffitt Quoteboard:
On Bristol Motor Speedway: “I love racing at Bristol Motor Speedway. It is a driver’s race track. While I have had some success at Bristol in the trucks, I’m looking for similar results in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and hope we can deliver that for our AM Racing team on Friday night.
“Joe (Williams, crew chief) and the AM Racing team have been working hard on our short track car, and I feel pretty confident we can go to Bristol on Friday and pick up right where we left off at Kansas Speedway last weekend.
“If we can dial in our No. 25 AM Technical Solutions Ford Mustang in practice and start as close to the front of the field as possible, we can see how the race unfolds and hopefully score a strong finish on Friday night.”
On 2023 Season: “It is a bummer that our AM Racing team is not a part of the NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoffs. We gave it our all; we just came up a little short.
“Still, we are very encouraged about our recent speed at Kansas Speedway and hope to continue to showcase that speed and strong finishes the rest of the season.
“I look forward to the next couple of races at Bristol, Texas and the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL. If we can put ourselves in the right position at the right time, we might be able to make some serious noise of our own with a win.”
