About AM Racing
AM Racing is a professional, multi-tiered, multi-faceted Motorsports program headquartered in Statesville, N.C., managed by longtime Motorsports veteran Kevin Cywinski and team president Wade Moore.
Established in December 2015 by entrepreneur Tim Self, the team is prided on faith, honesty and intelligent performance.
AM Racing, with the “Future Focused” initiative, will begin its eighth season together at Daytona International Speedway on February 17th, 2024.
After competing in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN® Truck Series since the 2016 season, the team graduated to the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2023 with 2018 Truck Series champion Brett Moffitt at the helm.
Following a promising rookie season, AM Racing will return to the series for a sophomore season this year with ARCA winner and the 2023 NASCAR CRAFTSMAN® Truck Series most popular driver Hailie Deegan behind the wheel of the No. 15 AirBox Air Purifiers | Viva Ford Mustang for the entire 33-race slate.
Additionally, the team will return to the NASCAR-owned ARCA Menards Series in 2024 with sophomore driver Christian Rose while also planning to field a truck in the NASCAR CRAFTSMAN® Truck Series on a limited basis.
The team will continue their Xfinity Series alliance with Stewart-Haas Racing and Roush Yates Engines and will showcase the Ford models in ARCA, Trucks and Xfinity during the 2024 season and beyond.
Austin Wayne Self, who has served as the team’s anchor driver since the team’s inception in 2016 will remain a vital ingredient within the team’s NASCAR platform while also juggling a heavy Dirt Modified schedule and spearheading the AM Racing Dirt Division.
AM Racing is headquartered at 2268 Peachtree Road, Statesville, NC 28625.
